If you email us, message us on social media, or book a strategy call through the scheduling form on our website, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, practice name, your answers to any booking questions and the contents of your message. Our scheduling form is provided by our CRM provider, and bookings may sync with our calendar.
When we provide services to a practice. When a chiropractic practice hires us, we run advertising, landing pages, text messaging, email, AI-assisted calling and appointment booking on that practice's behalf. In doing so we may process information that prospective patients submit, such as name, phone number, email address, appointment details and responses to questions. We process this information on behalf of, and according to the instructions of, the practice that collected it.
