Fly Marketing Agency ("Fly Marketing," "we," "us") provides marketing and patient acquisition services for chiropractic practices.
2. Our services
The Site describes our services for general information. Any services we provide to a practice are governed by a separate written agreement between us and that practice. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
3. No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, ad spend, ad platform policies and how quickly your team follows up. Descriptions of our system, response times and timelines on the Site are not promises of specific results such as a number of leads, appointments, patients or revenue.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, copy it in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, the Fly Marketing name and logo, and the "Fly Trap System" name, belongs to Fly Marketing Agency. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, such as Instagram. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site is for general information and is not legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Marketing Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
